I'm not going to bore you with a long, emotional story, so let me keep it short and to the point:
I had a rough Childhood. Never felt safe, constantly tortured.
Already at the age of 13 I had enough, and was seconds away from jumping in front of a car....
The ONE thing that got me through it was this:

I'm not talking about some fake wishy washy impulse of Lust, I'm talking about an actual Desire deep down to the very Core of the Soul. I'm talking about a Dream.
My nervous system was broken. Ruined. I was in constant Pain.
What was my Decision, you ask?
To stand up straight
Our neighbors had asked my parents if I was sick because of the way I was hunched over all the time (Like Quasimodo from the Ringer of Notre Dame). My Father told me to "Stand up, Kid!" Those 3 words gave me the Goal I so desperately needed.
Fast forward -> I began to fix my posture. Started working out and every time I did, I would either get injured, get sick, or burn out. But I kept going. Eventually I started in the Air Force, where Posture is highly regarded. I became a Sergeant as the top student in the Military Profession (see picture below) and worked with F-16 Fighter Jets.
Which was cool, but I was still miserable. After going through years of doctors, 5 Psychologist, several specialists and tests without any results... I Decided to take matter into my own hands. I moved to a different country, started anew and became a Physical Therapist, going ALL-IN on Health & Fitness. I am now married, and shorty after our Daughter was born (who will be 4 in January), I fulfilled my Original Dream (before the Pain even began) of becoming a father.
That's when I finally became Pain-Free.
Looking back at my Life and looking forward, I reflected on what I had done to get to where I am. The 24th of February 2024 I saw it clearly and took upon the Life as an Aspirist (www.Aspirism.com).
